Shipping

You are important and a priority. 

All orders are custom printed which may delay the processing times.  All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it from our dock to your doorstep.

  • Standard shipping rates calculated at checkout for all other orders
  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location

We currently ship within the United States, with international routes coming soon.

Delays can happen—weather, customs, or the occasional questionable detour, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.


Returns & Exchanges

Not every story ends the way you expect, and that’s alright.

If something’s not quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale items
  • Worn or damaged goods

How to Start a Return

Send us a message at hello@embargooutfitters.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get you sorted with next steps.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
  • Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? We recommend placing a new order to lock it in, then sending back the original item for a refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order shows up looking like it’s been through customs one too many times, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
